Our Residential lettings department offers a truly professional yet personal service.

At Drivers and Norris we are able to deal with the whole spectrum of clients. We manage individual 6 bedroom homes on behalf of clients who have gone abroad and portfolios of over 350 flats for investor clients. Our tenants range from City professionals to students renting their first home.

We are fully compliant with all the latest legislation and send the staff on regular training courses to ensure that we are up to date.

We register the tenants' deposits under the terms of The Dispute Service (TDS) and always deal with deposits fairly.

We have a dedicated in-house management team that look after our properties and we treat them like they were our own.
