Royal Street Party

As neighbours come together to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee with a street party, we asked how many homes sold since the start of 2021 had Jubilee-related addresses.
The word ‘Queen’ featured in the address of more than 1,000 homes sold. Another 650 included ‘Elizabeth’ and 150 were blessed with the fully regal ‘Queen Elizabeth’.
Properties sold on addresses including 'Royal' achieved average sales prices of over £360,000, with those including 'Crown' achieving over £300,000.
While there have been over 850 sales including 'Jubilee', there have been less than 10 sales each at addresses including 'Platinum' or 'Purple’! Source: Dataloft, Land Registry
